tiger tiger burning bright

Tiger Tiger. burning bright,
In the forests of the night;
What immortal hand or eye.
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies.
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand, dare seize the fire?

And what shoulder, & what art,
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat.
What dread hand? & what dread feet?

What the hammer? what the chain,
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp.
Dare its deadly terrors clasp?

When the stars threw down their spears
And watered heaven with their tears:
Did he smile His work to see?
Did he who made the lamb make thee?

Tiger Tiger burning bright,
In the forests of the night:
What immortal hand or eye,
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

The Tiger
by William Blake

(I love this poem.)
On that note, here are some horribly crappy quality pictures of my outfit that does indeed include a tiger! It was raining when I had free time to take outfit shots, and now it's dark outside and my camera is dead. I still wanted to document this outfit because I quite like it, so I decided to take some pictures of it, regardless of quality, in bits and pieces. You'll see.
I'll probably re-wear this again and will take better pictures.  But, for my memory's sake, here goes:

Outfit details: F21 top, Fossil necklace, New York & Company tank (underneath), Express shorts (few summers ago?), braided belt (Delia's), Pikolinos gladiator style sandals (Nordstrom)

Wore this to a dinner out at a bar-style restaurant with my friends. Casual, but a bit edgy, methinks; appropriate for a fun Friday evening. I usually wear this kind of cat-eye makeup when I go out, but today I tried a slightly different shape than my usual (not that you know my usual, I guess, so this is more for my sake) and I wanted to make sure I remembered what it looked like, haha.
